RETURN POLICY
At Dakota Darling, our #1 priority is serving and satisfying our customers!
We will happily accept boutique items for store credit if the package is postmarked within 14 days of ordering. No refunds will be issued. Merchandise must be in original condition, unwashed, and tags attached with no odor. If your item is damaged or defected, you must let us know within THREE DAYS of receiving your order. Return shipping and handling is the customer’s responsibility. All SALE merchandise, grab bags, isABelts, preorders, jewelry and special orders are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
To start a return, please email hello@dakotadarling.com with the order number and item(s) to return. Once approved, mail the items back to:

Dakota Darling reserves the right to reject any returned items if the above policies are not followed. Items that are denied will be sent back at the customer's expense.
We will notify you via email of store credit (gift card) once we receive and process the return.
EFFECTIVE December 10th, 2019: Items cannot be returned when a discount of 25% or greater is used.
